Truck WABCO Scan is powered by the powerful ZF [pro]Diagnostics platform. Designed for ease of use, Truck WABCO Scan is a diagnostic tool that allows you to scan, flash and parametrize WABCO systems in trucks.

This product is offered as an annual subscription that ensures continuous access to software features, updates, and secure license management. The subscription consists of two parts:

1. Subscription Fee – paid annually on each renewal date.
2. Activation Fee – paid only once during the initial activation or after the subscription has expired past the grace period.

For first‑year purchases, the price includes both the Subscription and Activation components. From the second year onward, customers pay only the Subscription Fee, as long as they renew within the allowed timeframe.

Renewal & Grace Period

Subscriptions are created with a one‑year billing cycle.

Customers receive timely notifications and reminders before their subscription expires.

After expiration, a grace period is provided, during which the subscription can still be renewed without paying the Activation Fee again.

If the grace period is exceeded, the subscription can no longer be renewed at renewal pricing, and a new subscription—including a new activation—must be purchased.

Renewal is optional, but customers benefit from significantly better pricing when renewing compared to buying a new license.

Volume‑Based Pricing

Pricing is subject to volume discounts:

• The first license is billed at full price.
• Additional licenses receive a discounted rate.

License Management

All licenses are managed through a dedicated, secure Licensing Platform.

After the initial subscription payment is completed, the customer receives an invitation email to access the platform, where they can:

• Download the software
• Activate licenses
